This is where we go a step further. Every Server Side Up customer receives their own KVM device. Simply plug it into any computer or laptop and it gives our team deep, direct access to your machine, just as if we were sitting right in front of it.
This means we can wipe, rebuild, deploy, and configure devices with zero callout fee. It's the closest thing to having an in-house IT team without the cost of one.

Onsite Support
Some problems need hands-on attention. When hardware repairs, part replacements, or complex physical work is required, one of our engineers will come to you. We'll always let you know upfront if an onsite visit is needed and why.
